Born in Brasilia-Brazil, Alexandre moved to Rome Italy at the age of 1. His father being an UN diplomat and his mother being a doctor travel was a big part of his life throughout his entire life. Raised in Rome, Ecquador and Santiago de Chile Alexandre was brought up with different diverse cultures and languages to which he still speaks and uses today. At the age of 17 his older brother decided to take him out of his cyber life; playing video games all the time and introduced him to his first gym. Just once glance at that gym and Alexandre knew that he wanted to make a carrer out of this world. At the age of 18 he moved to Colorado to pursue his B.S. in Kinesiology and Nutrition. While studying at the University of northern
Colorado his passion for competitve bodybuilding began to spark. As his interest for nutrition and training grew every day Alexandre knew that he wanted to be the best he could in the industry and hence began to take many different interestes in the field of fitness. From coaching college football players to the average joe fitness was something he knew would be his thing for the rest of his lifetime. After graduation Alexandre become the first Brazilian IFBB Pro in the new Mens' Physique division and was also the first Latin Sponsored athlete for the leading supplement company Optimum Nutrition. As the years went by Alexandr kpet self educating himself in the field of sports performance, contest preps, sports, health and wellness nutrition, ergogenic aid supplementation, and many other fields that would continue to grow his knowledge and keep helping others world wide achieve their goals. Today Alexandre still resides in Colorado where he coaches online the WWE SuperStar Divas, coaches people world wide and travels the world educating others on the true meaning of fitness.

PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is simple. I belive fitness is a multi-facet world were you can choose and live a healthy lifestyle via exercise and nutrition. I believe that with proper education and motivation everyone has the power and capability to change thier entire lives. While taking responsability for yourself, learning and being patient you can achieve your goals and much more. This obviously while having some fun in the journey. I know that with my help I can teach and guide you into a better health and body.
