How does the Online Custom Plans/ Coaching work?
Easy. Fill in the 'Request Consultation' and submit your application to Alex. After reviewing your information Alex will contact you at his earliest convinience and start talking to you about your goals. Prices will be sent as well on this email.
*If Alex is out of town competing or traveling for work this might take a litte longer but you will be immediately notified of when Alex will start working on your program.

How customized are the programs?
Here at AlexCarneiro.com Alex doesn't believe in cookie cutter diets. After he receives your fully answered questionnaire with your recent progress pics he will start working on a plan made and created just for you. After all, just because one thing work for someone it doesn't mean it will work for you and we pride in the detail Alex creates his plans.

What type of communication do I receive?
Throghout your entire program you will have unlimited communicatin via e-mail with Alex. All e-mails are answered as fast as possible and you won't wait more than 24hrs (usually only a few hours really) until your questions, doubts or hesitations are all answered.

Are the programs suited for everyone?
Absolutely, whether you are just starting in the fitness industry or you've been training for a long time, all the programs are customized to fit your needs and abilities. If you can't go to the gym just let us know what you have at home and Alex will work with you. Allergic to specific foods? No problem. These programs will be adjusted to this. Vegetarian, pescatarian etc...everything is made for you and only you.

Will I receive modifications in my program?
Absolutely, you will. It is YOUR responsibiltiy to update Alex every week so that the right modifications/updated are created. *This is only for the 3 month and contest prep programs

What should I expect to receive when my program is completed?
Once your program is completed, you will receive an email from Alex with an excel file containing all the customized work he just completed for you. The Excel file will contain a several tabs including your nutrition plan, your training plan, your supplement plan and cardio plan with a few additional tabs. You can open this file from your mobile if you wish or preferably from your computer so you can get a full view of the program.

What is AlexCarneiro.com Members?
AlexCarneiro.com members is an exclusive portion of the site where members can watch hours of exclusive content. There's training videos, supplementation videos, nutrition videos, exclusive blogs and much more. Content is updated so that you have new material to learn from. AlexCarneiro.com members is not part of any of the other sections of the webiste as is separate.

How do I cancel my membership with AlexCarneiro.com Members?
It's very simple to cancel your subscription. All you have to do, is log in into your PayPal account and from there cancel the re-occuring payments you have automatically set up with them.

I want to do a contest prep with Alex. How does that work?
Very easy! in the home page there's a big tab for 'Contest Preps'. Click there and it will send you / re-direct you to the home page of Alphaz Academy. This is Alex's oficial website for the team he manages himself and works off. All contest prep related programs are done there.
