Juicing is a phenomenal way to get essential minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients naturally from fruits and vegetables. As an athlete I want to make sure my body has the best ingredients to perform, recovery and feel it’s best. Today I’m going to share with you guys a recipe I use for sports performance I have been including in my weekly regimen to stay on top shape!

ngredients:

3 Carrots

5 Kale Leaves

2 full small beet (with it’s leaves if possible)

¼ in. ginger root

½ lemon (with skin)

½ radish

The energy we get from food helps our body to reduce inflammation, fight disease, and

continue to develop power and speed through physical activity. Many supplements exist on the market to help increase athletic performance, but none may be as effective as the nutrients provided from whole foods.

CHEERS!
