When you target your chest in movements like flat bench presses, incline presses and to some extent even fly movements, your front delt gets hightly activated. Makes sense then to train them both in a single session.
Today's Chest & Front Delt routine looked like this:
Exercise1: Flat Dumbbell Chest Press
Sets:5
Reps: 15-12-10-8-6
Exercise2: Incline Smith Machine Chest Press
Tip: Don't lock the elbow all the way up; try and keep the tension on the chest
Sets: 5
Reps: 10-8-8-6-4
Exercise 3: TRX Chest Press SuperSet w/ Floor PushUps
Tip: If you are new to this movement start carefully
Sets: 4
Reps: 6-10
PushUps Till Failure on all sets
Exercise 4: Cable Pulley Fly's
First 2 sets from high to low fly (helps target that lower / outer pec)
Sets 3 & 4 - Shoulder level fly's
Tip: Squeeze and hold for a second, don't just release as soon as hand get close
Sets 5 & 6 - Low to high flys
Reps: 10-12 on all
Exercise 5: Low to High Cable Front Raises (use rope and raise it infront of you)
Sets: 3
Reps: 10-12
Exercise 6: Single hand front raises
Sets: 3
Reps 10-12
