20 min 2 dumbbell workout

2 Dumbells! that's right! Whether you are working out from home or you are short in time at the gym, this is a full body 20 minute workout for you to try when time's on the low end. I don't suggest relying on this workout all the time, I still highly encourage people to at least get 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week, but this is a great short and quick workout for those days time just isn't on your side.
For Men: Try using dumbells anywhere between 15-25lbs
For Women: Try using dumbbells anywhere between 8-15lbs
Exercise 1 - Squat to Press 15 reps 5 Sets 45 Seconds Between Sets
Execution: Keep the dumbbell shoulder height and squat down, as you come up press up the dumbells

Exercise 2 - Lunge to Biceps Curls 15 reps (15 per leg) 5 Sets 45 Seconds Between Sets
Execution : As you peform a single leg lunge perform simultaneously a dumbbell curl

Exercise 3 - Push Ups to Rows12 Reps 5 Sets 40 seconds in between sets
Execution : After you perform a push up row your dumbell upwards with your back

Exercise 4: - On the Floor - Pectoral Fly SuperSet w/ Triceps Overhand (skullcrusher) extensions
12-15 Reps - 40 Seconds Break in between Sets
Execution: While on the floor perform a chest fly with your dummbell and immediately switch to an overhand triceps extension. (Ladies, you can also instead do a triceps kick back for this movement)


BONUS: Optional - If you want to get those abs targetted and working add this addional set to your 20 min workout
